Filter Vials, 0.2um Nylon nano, 12 x 32mm w/Pre-slit Silicone/PTFE Septa, 200/case

The Nylon nano filter vial has a patented design for easy compression and complete sample filtration. The low dead volume allows filtration of as little as 10 uL of sample to make a 2 uL injection, making it ideal for limited-volume samples. The 0.2uM membrane is ideal for GCMS and UHPLC systems with small ID tubing (< 0.13mm) to remove sample particulates and prolong the life of system components such as the autosampler needle, injection port and valve, and column inlet tubing. Applications include the analysis of enzymes, peptides, DNA, RNA, synthesis reaction intermediates and finished products, saliva, samples available in low volumes, in-vial evaporation and re-suspension for sample concentration and buffer/solvent exchange. Refer to the solvent compatibility table for a complete list of recommended solvents for use with this membrane. Use in any HPLC or GC autosampler rack that accepts 12x32mm 2mL vials. Needle stroke must be set to 5mm from the bottom of the vial. Requires a minimum sample volume of 10 uL, maximum sample fill volume 250 uL. Replacement for 220-91521-58.
