The increased surface polarity makes it suitable for retention of highly polar compounds like metabolites. Designed for low bleed and excellent lot-lot reproducibility, it is an ideal column for long-term use such as clinical trials. USP L1, pore size: 100A, surface area: 300 m2/g, pH range: 2-10, 15% carbon load. Maximum pressure: 20MPa/200 bar/3000 psi. Guard column 220-90344-09 (10 x 2.0mm) and holder 220-90344-07 are recommended.
