Telimmune DUO Plasma Separation Card

Telimmune (formerly Noviplex) DUO cards are an ideal sample collection method when collecting from remote locations or when collecting small volumes such as from fingersticks and animal tail bleeds. The Telimmune DUO card collects two separate plasma samples from a single drop of blood. Beginning with an unspecified amount of blood (50-100µL), a fixed amount of plasma (3µL) is collected on two separate discs in 3 minutes for a total of 6µL. Generated plasma has the added benefits of increased sample stability over DBS and also eliminates the challenges faced with the hematocrit effect. Telimmune cards are a simple, powerful tool used to collect two volumetric samples of plasma (3µL each or 6µL total) from a non-volumetric application of whole blood in just minutes. An un-measured application of between 50 to 100µL of whole blood from a finger-stick, animal tail-bleed (or other source) is all that is required to collect a volumetric plasma sample. Producing two identical samples allows for sample archiving, dividing the sample for different tests or combing the samples for a larger volume. Telimmune DUO Cards can be used as a single step, solid-phase method for sample preparation and analyte extraction, eliminating the need for time consuming techniques such as solid phase extraction, centrifugation, and evaporation. To ensure you receive a product with the longest possible shelf life, please allow up to two weeks for Telimmune cards to ship.
