Shim-pack Bio HIC Butyl, 4um, 4.6 x 100mm LC Column

The Bio HIC column is a hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) column packed with butyl bonded hydrophilic non-porous polymer particles. HIC is suitable for the separation of analytes with slight differences in hydrophobicity, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with different drug-antibody ratios (DARs). Provides low back pressure and high resolution analysis of ADCs with different DAR. Recommended flow rate: 0.5 to 1.0 mL/min (max. 1.2 mL/min), temperature range: 10-60C, max. pressure: 20 MPa/200 bar/2900 psi, pH range: 2-12. Stainless steel column body. No guard columns available, so sample filtering and/or SPE is highly recommended. An UltraShield pre-column filter can be used for additional protection against particulates.
