Nexera UC columns include chiral and achiral phases and are specifically designed for high performance SFC separations resulting in superior separation, selectivity, peak shape, and loading capacity.   Some phases do not require mobile phase additives, and all are scalable to preparative dimensions up to 250 x 50mm.  Contact Shimadzu for recommendations on a column scouting set for method development.
