The CAPCELL MG III phase was developed for LCMS analysis of basic compounds, epecially under acidic conditions, and is QC tested with amitriptyline. The increased surface polarity makes it suitable for retention of highly polar compounds like metaobolites. Designed for low bleed and excellent lot-lot reproducibility, it is an ideal column for long-term use such as clinical trials.
