The NexLeaf CBX for Potency is a superficially porous particle (SPP) C18 column designed for HPLC analysis of cannabinoids in various cannabis and hemp matrices. This is the standard column included with the Cannabis and Hemp Analyzers using UV or PDA detection for the High Throughput and High Sensitivity methods. Guard column 220-91525-72 and holder 220-91525-73 are recommended to protect the analytical column from matrix components and prolong its lifetime.
